Seasonal tire storage
Whose tires are on which rack is a question with an expensive wrong answer. This makes it a lookup, and turns the seasonal changeover into a message that sends itself.
- A set per customer and vehicle: brand, model, quantity, season in storage and tread depth in 32nds
- Racks, shelves and containers with occupancy counters, so you know what space is left
- Two recall dates a year, one for winter and one for summer - each set is recalled once per season, by text, email or both
- Pick-ups recorded, and undone if it was a mistake
- Sets linked to the work order, quote or invoice they belong to
- Reports on what is in storage by location and season, how long it has been there, lowest tread and sets due for replacement
