Features
Multi Shop Manager
Every shop keeps its own MecanoPro. Multi Shop Manager layers a group dashboard, a ranked comparison, targets, reports and a Monday-morning digest on top - cut down automatically to the shops each person may see.
Your shops keep running on their own
Not a merged CRM across shops - a view layered on top of the MecanoPro each shop already runs.
Connected, not merged
Each shop keeps its own MecanoPro account, its own data and its own sign-in. A shop is added with its web address and a read-only API key - nothing moves and nothing merges.
Scoped to the right person
Each person sees only the shops they have been given. A shop manager sees their shop, the group owner sees all of them. Shops, Targets and Settings stay with the module's admin.
Synced on its own, every day
An automatic sync pulls each shop's last 35 days, with a longer catch-up the first time a shop connects. A shop that is briefly unreachable keeps its last good numbers rather than showing a gap.
A digest before anyone asks for one
Every Monday, anyone who turned it on gets one email about their own shops: last week against the week before, progress against target, and what deserves a look.
Group dashboard
One screen for every shop you run
Six tiles and a monthly chart for the whole group, the shop comparison table underneath, and this month measured against the target you set - all cut down automatically to the shops the person looking at it may see.
- Six group tiles and a monthly trend chart
- A ranked shop comparison table
- This month against target, per shop and for the group
Compare shops
See which shop needs a look, at a glance
Every visible shop and the group, ranked side by side against the previous period and against last year. Switch to the service mix to see each shop's share of revenue by service category against the group's own share, to parts balance for suggestions on which shop could pass parts to another, or to Versus to put two to four shops on the same chart.
- Ranked scorecard against the last period and against last year
- A heatmap of revenue by service category, shop against group
- Parts-balance suggestions - nothing transfers on its own
Reports & targets
The numbers land in an inbox, not just a dashboard
Three reports - sales by shop and month, aged receivables, and leads by source - each with its own CSV file. Set monthly job and revenue targets per shop, and let the Monday digest and a one-click PDF for the month that just closed do the rest.
- Sales, aged-receivables and lead-source reports, each exportable to CSV
- Monthly job and revenue targets, shop by shop
- A finished PDF for a closed month, and a weekly email that needs no login
What the module covers
Built from the same numbers your reports and dashboard already use, so the group total and the shop detail never disagree.
Add a shop by URL and key
Connect a shop with its web address and a read-only API key. Test the connection before it goes live, and turn a shop off without deleting its history.
Permissions per shop
Decide which people see which shops. Shops, Targets and Settings stay with the group admin; everyone else sees exactly the shops they were assigned.
Automatic daily sync
Each shop is pulled on its own schedule, with a longer first sync so a new shop's charts are not a blank page. A failed sync retries with a growing delay and keeps the last good data rather than showing a gap.
Group dashboard
Six tiles, a monthly chart and a shop comparison table, cut down to the shops the signed-in person may see.
Compare scorecard
Every shop and the group, ranked against the previous period and against last year, with callouts for the shops that moved the most.
Parts-balance suggestions
Rule-based suggestions for which shop could pass parts to another. Nothing is transferred automatically - it is a suggestion, not an action.
Service mix heatmap
Each shop's share of revenue by service category, against the group's own share, so an over- or under-performing category stands out right away.
Side-by-side (Versus)
Put two to four shops on the same chart, month by month, in actual numbers or indexed to the same scale for shops of very different sizes.
Monthly targets
Jobs and revenue, set per shop per month. Copy a month forward or fill every box with one percentage, then track progress as the month runs.
Three group reports
Sales by shop and month, aged receivables, and leads by shop and source - each with its own CSV export and a PDF.
A Monday digest, automatically
Each person who turns it on gets one email about their own shops: last week against the week before, progress to target, shops that need a look, and parts that could move.
Technician leaderboard
Turn on technician figures across the group for a leaderboard view - off by default, since names are personal data, and visible only to the group admin.
Getting a group connected
-
We connect your shops
Each shop's web address and a read-only API key, tested before it goes live.
-
You choose who sees what
Each person is assigned the shops they may see; the group owner keeps Shops, Targets and Settings.
-
The sync runs on its own
Once a day, automatically, with a longer first pull so a new shop does not start from a blank page.
-
The group shows up where you already look
The dashboard, a Monday email, and a PDF for the month that just closed.
